YES! State pack is one of the cheap pack available but its does not include English Entertainment+English News
So you need to pay 35+20=55/- more to get these two pack. So total will be 185+55=240/-
Two regional packs are free with every new package.

If you are in OLD-pack scheme choose Super saver pack at 275/-

Go for semi annually or annual pack for more concessions.
