Today's times of India 23 Oct, times sport page is showing quarter page Advt saying
"Neo vievers on tata sky assert your right".
Saying ts viewers will miss some of listed event which are going to be telecasted on neo channels, those include, cricket, tennis, football, golf, badminton.
Also saying neo channel available on dish, adtv, rdtv, d2h (all with logo) and other cable operator.
Asking ts customer for refund of any advance subscriptions paid to ts with mega or other packs.
Neo saying we having taken any advance subscription from tata sky, so refund for or any advance payment made to ts.

My view is that
I think after loosing many cricket series right, neo channel is much in danger of bankruptcy, so they agree with ts for 1 core fee instead of 4 year paid last year.
So total expected loss for neo by removing on ts is 4 core + Advt revenue, say 1 core.
Neo demanding customer for refund, which is easy task for ts, and CEO already ready for refund.
Bcoz ts can pay some 2 lakhs to subscriber paid by annual park of supreme sport, grand sport, mega pack and sport bonanza annual pack.
Rather than paying 55 lakh to neo, bcoz ts agree to pay 45 lakh and neo demanding 1 core.
This is first channel which is creating so much hype by getting removed from leading DTH operator.
Other so many channel got removed by all other DTH operator, but no channel is being regretted.
I think neo shed agree with 45 or 60 lakh to reduce losses and earn Advt revenue.
Rathar than crying.
And ts shed add back without making any refund.
Also
Its only neo which is not able to start neo HD,
All other ESS, ten,six having at lest one HD channel.
This also shows lack of financial power of neo channel.
I feel sport for neo rather than feeling sorry for neo viewers of ts as stated in Advt.
