Currently my Package is South Silver Lite rs 215 and my clarification is if i downgrade my package to South Super will i get English movies because in previous Kathir's Thread for Super Saver there is no English Movies channel mentioned

For only Super South Kerala English movies is mentioned.

I would say instead change to celebration pack kerala. But presently you won't get Ten 2,3 and Neo channels.

Bro can you call customer and confirm because as per the first thread u need to get Sony ten 1,23 channels and Neo as well.

They would say all SD channels are available in these packs, but practically you won't get Ten 2,3, and Neo channels. I think it's a temporary error will be rectified pretty soon.

English movies are only available under Celebration pack only for Kerala customers.
Due to some technical error CC saying these channels available in Super pack.
Its confirmed.

Bro when u downgrade ur package there are options South Super and Kerala Celebration Pack and please try if you can

no need to call customer care.... this pakage is good for SD Customers only but for HD custmers still 1+1 hd add-on is working in the portal even for gold and Silver lite also.

Downgraded to Celebration Kerala pack. But not getting neo channels and Ten2 &Ten 3. Called CC, they give this number to run a refresh command and waited for 2 hours. Nothing happened. 1800 137 0777
