I was trying to downgrade my pack to south flexi pack. But it's not available in my d2h login. (videocon d2h portal). Why is that?

you have not mentioned which pack u are into, and please call customer care if are not able to find in the portal. They will help you...

and for south flexi pack there is only free language one add-on free.

Yeah I had to contact them. After emailing only they have downgraded it. I was in diamond ROI. But the basepack d2h flexi roi not listed in portal

Nope. Minimum lockin in period is 30 days. You can activate after 20 more days

If you have activated south super then you can also activate celebration Pack ,but the thing is you have to wait 30 days for to shift from one package to other after activation of any pack
