No,he is not able to receive 13b (as i know),He is only receiving 13a,c & little b now.

If he was getting some Tps from 13B, and now there is no signal at all from 13B.... then this means 13b satellite's beams are also being changed.

Could it be, that all 13a,b,c beams are changed...and all of them make upto India. :wlcm

this is so very sad.... that HB is completely gone now.
Now u wont to get to watch its channels... and we wont get to see their pics.
