no need take the tension
if you see first on 6feet offset dish now buy10 feet offset dish
if you see first on jams 9 feet dish now buy jams 16 feet dish
one more dobut clear you
this time hotbird13a tp work on hotbird 13b,c and in next two days these tp shift on hotbird 13d

It can be my doubt or our,maybe still 13D is not activated yet, because relocation of satellites (moving) takes min 15-30 days which includes testing,orbiting,transformation of channels. May be they transferred tp temporary to b & c after testing it will be transferred to D. With in 3-4 days no satellites operator can active a satellite for use. New tps which we r receiving/seeing/not getting might be from c & b.but 13a now empty for sure & willbe move to 8w when 3D will ready for use.

Chances are very very less now, as all the satellite sites have updated HB13 D with the new frequencies/channels.

But these satellites updates r not officially from eutelsat, these updates r from like our members but who knows this tp or signals r coming from b c or d. Or only from b & c temporary.

Only higher satellites receivers can give the satellites name along with tp frequency. Our receivers include pci can gives us only tp frequency but not sat name. So that might be the case.

Yes, U r right that its the members who update these sites. Also while checking the channel list on eutelsat official website, no channel is listed under 13D, it still shows 13A.
