Actually Sun combined some preferred broadcasters bouquets for each language. Then reduced total price. They didn't included jaya bouquet.

Its not a fair thing that they ignored Zee bouquets in their DPO 1& DPO 2 packs in all south languages except Malayalam.

Means they just added Star & TV18 packs to basepack at MRP and added own channels free.

Yes, the consideration is the broadcaster should have at least one channel in respective languages. So that channels from Sony etc not added. Also neglected Zee and jaya (may be negotiation issues).In dpo pack 2 they added turner and times basic bouquets. Any way if we choose those channels independently the price will be much higher.

Even without any negotiation, they could add some Zee channels priced 0.10
