Do not worry guys, this is surely new tp of airtel. Testing happens with lower symbol rate or signals of transponder. As this process is completed they will set the parameters and power of transponder correct.
Just look at the thread when they started testing 12651 V few weeks back, at that time too there r similar doubts and discussions. Ultimately we r now seeing the result of that.
Airtel will shortly add all major pay channels, there is high likelihood that they will rearrange LCN before adding channels. Already things r quite jammed right now on system functioning front, they will let them ease down and do new modifications.

Yeah... I don't get the point at all. It's a lose for them if they don't hold all channels of a bouquet... Customers will move away... Or are they seeing that as a profit as they are still charging the same.
