But As a Experienced Airtel South User no hopes at all.

Signal quality is not red. It's yellow between 10 & 12 for me. It may be more for others because my LNB is damaged so I get almost same signal strength & quality in other channels too.

By the way, why are they not testing any channel on this TP in FTA mode?

You are lucky, here I am getting 65% only. It's depends upon tuner in stbs. Huawai stbs will get good signals when compared with other stbs of adtv.
