New TP (may be feed) found while scanning SES7 108.2

My ADTV side LNB on Dish TV setup is not proper and got signal issues on few TPs. Today did blind scan to know signal strength of ADTV TPs.

During scan found one new TP with 16PSK modulation.

Not sure about the usage of this TP. But since modulation is 16 PSK, I think it is not for DTH. Experts can confirm this.

Note: I set the frequency as 108.3 since I had setup of 108.2 separately.

may be its not scanning in my box, it happens wid 16APSK modulations....

I doubt it cud be from ses9.. as s/r is 11000, usually it shud be higher, abt 30000 or 32700 these days

but they may have some spare capacity on ses7, and it cud be a new tp.... :u

This TP had no signal till yesterday. Again today, this TP is popping up in blind scan.. Image from blind scan which is still in progress.
