Bro,
Which software are you using and which TV Tuner ?
My Avermedia TV Tuner is not working.
Though software is installed,my laptop is not detecting the TV Tuner.
Could you help ?

He is not using TV Tuner but DVB Card which requires no set top box and does scan via computer software.
