New Videocon Remote - How to add favourites

I recently got a Videocon d2h package. does anyone know how to set favourites from the remote? a step by step guide

You can set up to four users and have 20 channels per user favourite List.Check Favourite Section In Menu....Add/Delete/ there.

how to i add/delete a channel once i go to

Menu ->Favourite Section

Is there an Add button somewhere in the screen which i'm not seeing or is there a button i need to press on the remote? thank you for the prompt reply
