remove topup is missing from new website

It is there in the home page of "My Pack" ... browse to that page and lick on the last tab " My Services" and remove the top up.

in my case, I'm not getting the Hi Definition package lists for adding new top up.
Yesterday I cancelled my All HD top up in order to change my package. Now , I can't change any package -- it is not executing the action on any package. Giving only a "Thank You" message :shy:shy.
HD top up also not showing up any list . Such a crap website of an internet provider wall

i had seen the new website few earlier.......
