NHK World TV' and 'NHK World Premium' downlinking permission cancelled by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB)

Hi, I just noticed that the channel #398, which was earlier reserved for NHK World Japan now airs France 24.
Things aren't looking too encouraging for NHK. Or are they? Cuz if the channel is to make a comeback, how will it? The slot has already been allotted to some other channel.?

there is no much relevance in the allotted LCN, those will be changed as and when the DTh operator feels so

Umm I noticed this on Airtel, not sure about other providers.
I hope they allot #398 to NHK World again, once it makes a comeback.
