I think it's because of cricket. People are bombarding them with calls. Hence they made it complicated. Hopefully, it's fixed tomorrow.

Exactly, more than 5 waiting queue is there in Live Chat due to high demands, they did this to keep call lines clear otherwise on regular day clicking 9 directly takes to representative.
