No Signal for M Tunes sd

On M Tunes screen, the TS banner comes up stating "No Signal". The same banner which comes up while raining.

M tune SD is working fine on my TS from the very first day. I think some problem with CPE. So better to call CC.

I had done a complaint to TS CC and a technician visited my place. He checked the issue and said that there is no signal coming for this channel. So, he went up to the TS dish and increased the signal level from the dish itself. Now, this channel is running fine.......................Quick and Fast TS service.

If you do not get signal you will not get signal for a set of channels coming from a particular transponder. It is surprising that you were not getting signal only of a particular channel (MTunes)

Surprisingly!!! Yes, it happened here.
I don’t know the exact technical reason. I have shared whatever the technician shared with me. However, I believe this could be helpful for those searching for a solution similar to this issue.

I Think That This Channel Problem is Related To Dish Size or Some Dish Issue,Because Only This
channel Have Problem.So I Think Channel Frequency Do Not Support Dish.
