Breaking No Signal in Dish TV, d2h

Due to very heavy rain/cloud burst in delhi/ncr,4 inches rain in one hour.

Me joined DishTV family 2 months back, I'm not happy with this kind of services providing DishTV,
Daily 2 to 3 time's me facing problem No singel, no Rain, no couldy & also picture quality totally bad with buffering picture,

my humble requests add pending Telugu channels, comparison with other DTH Telugu channels adding pending there in dishtv D2H,

My another request change ST2 satelite Dishtv D2H.

call customer service cares and told them
i m using dishtv 9 yr no issues till date also getting some cash back offers
signal issues
set ur dish antenna properly at list 80 plus signals has required to perfect viewing

Again singal outage is power failure is dish up link sation or no electricity payment dues or something else this no frequently singal outage in DishTV
