Some d2h channels showing no signal despite using refresh command, on off settop box multiple times since afternoon...is any face same issue

I tried all troubleshoot ....still some channels have bad quality....some has no signal.....others channels works fine no issues

Call cc, raise complaint or if you have local technicians then call him.
