Hy,guys today i had a call back from airtel senior officer,since i requested cc to deactivate my airtel account,since i ordered d2h hd dvr. they called me and asked for the reason for disconnection,i said that you guys are not adding sun hd channels and also not even updating hd dvr s/w,so i got frustrated and planned to move to d2h.
the senior officer told me that due to economic reasons airtel is not adding hd channels.but the next hd channel to be on airtel bouquet will be sun hd channels,the addition time will take 4months tentatively,he added.
Regarding s/w update,he told that hd dvr has some technical issues,since internal h/w is not supporting in providing dolby audio thrgh hdmi,so hd dvr s/w will not be updated to 502 version as of now.
