Which STB Model & S/W are you using ?
cause I m Facing same problem sicne DD+ start boroadcasing on star HD Chanel since 10 th April 2015 mine is Technicolor with 502 if u Have same model then problem is Genuine from Airtel side.
I raised several complaints about this issue & yesterday I got call from their technical sound dep Head Mr Rakesh and he agreed that on Technicolor HD STB with 502 version have this problem , we are working on it. and we are on final stages to relaese 505 versios which will fix this issue of all Techniclor HD stb causeit is unable to Decoding E-AC3 ( DD+ ) sound Via HDMI . only SPDIF working fone with Stereo & DD & other HD STB like huawei & Homecat DVR with 505 working fine with DD & DD+ he also said that update will be relaese in next 10 to 15 days....
so now wait & watch
