Seeking Help Not able to view newly added channels in huawei hd stb

I had a Huawei HD BOX and in SES satellite I could get all the channels in the infinity pack , I although had to call them to get the disney international HD and prive HD channel, which I got after they activated the HD indentification top up.

I am getting Error as Channel not available. Do we have any channel capacity for 4 yeard old Huawei HD BOX? Customer care asking me to exchange stb for 350. Will i get new stb or used old stb?

I checked in new stb . I am not able to view around 55 new channels. Customer care not providing solution. Can anyone help. I bought this connection in msu (apartment common dish). Whether channels should be mapped to customer id
