same here made a mistake of recharging after some years. no cust care , app or website cannot add or subscribe

I wrote to the CEO of dish tv and next morning i saw it was sorted . also there was a follow up call from someone in dish tv to check if all ok. while that was impressive since then i have been trying to add channels online and i reach the last stage and something just keeps circling forever on the screen and never been able to add channels. sms does not work as i have 2 boxes. unsubscribed channels shows E19-4 - Service issue and some E16-4 - Channel not part of subscription. Any leads on what may be wrong ?
