Seeking Help Not able to view newly added channels in huawei hd stb

I am not able to view recently added channels in huawei hd stb. Error is channel not available. I did heavy refresh but still same issue. I called customer care, they asked me to change stb. Please help me whether this is stb problem. I am not interested to change hauwei stb (it has better quality than any existing stb)

You must ideally follow what CC says, as they represent company. But alternatively you may contact local ADTV technicians (those who come to install) by giving some chaai-paani (money) and see what they say.

Yeah. Those are SES-9 channels so dish alignment will be enough.

Hi , please any one help. Whether three years old haewei stb will not get new added channels. Airtel customer care told to update stb. They told 350 for replacement box. I need Haewai stb only
