1. Don't remove ads from HD channels. It will be shooting oneself in the foot. If one starts others will be forced to follow. You will need revenue from ads and subscription. As there is limit audience willing to go for HD.I Believe Even Broadcasters Might Aware Of Customers Thought!
Certainly They Will Do Something With Regards To SD & HD
Like No Ads On HD Or Some Premium Contents First On HD (May Be Telecast Early)

2. Early content is a brilliant concept. Simulcast while charging more doesn't make sense and is discouraging to consumers. Give shows atleast one hour earlier than it's SD counterpart. Someone like Colors can benefit with shows like Big Boss.
