Cable operators themselves are responsible for their poor state. They are reluctant to launch HD services. They are not willing to digitize channel modification and payments of monthly charges through an app. Cable consumers have to tell the cable guy one month in advance to change their package. In our area the local cable guy will ask us to visit Den office to 2-3 kms away to get any modifications done. I stay in south Delhi and not a village. I am happy with Tata Sky for providing me convenience.
