Offers for Suspended Customers

I have one of my Airtel DTH connection Suspended. I have called cc and nodal 3-4 times and they have told that there are following:-

Customers who are suspended below 8 days are not elligible for any offer.
Customers who are suspended above 8 days and less than 30 days shall be elligible for 10% cash-back on the amount Recharged above Rs 250.
Customers who are suspended above 30 days and less than 60 days shall be elligible for 20% cash-back on the amonut Recharged above Rs 250 OR get 1 Month free on two months recharge OR get 45 days free on 3 months recharge.
Customers who are suspended above 60 days shall be elligible for 30% cash-back on the amonut Recharged above Rs 250 OR get 1 Month free on two months recharge OR get 45 days free on 3 months recharge.

T&C:-
1. The same package shall be continued as it was before for more than 30 days otherwise cash-back or free viewing period shall be withdrawn.
2. 30 Days should be calculated as Clear 1 Month i.e., if customer is suspended on 1st of October then the customer should recharge in December to be elligible for the above offer. If the customer recharges on 30th November then also he/she is not elligible for the offer.
3. Free viewing period shall be given as equivalent amount in customer's account in 48 hours of which one day is considered as 8 hours i.e., 6 days. For example, value sports pack, DBR= Rs 5.73*45 days free = Rs 258 will be credited. No free days of viewing shall be given, only amount will be credited.
 
Good offer by airtel.So suspend users too get it. :)
 
Good offer but Customers Care Daily Call the customer for Recharge Account soon,In airtel it is Big problem that airtel auto ivr Call many time on customers Number for offer detail in activation Period and after this Suspended Period CC Executive Call.i think Purchase Two box of any Dth with No incoming Rtn And use time to time Both With discounted Subscription.
