Now flowers is also make a good competition to Asianet,Mazhavil,&Surya in the case of getting satlite rights of new Malayalam movies.

Mazhavil manorama has got license for HD channel...
They have converted licence of one of their news channel to HD license...But as of now, no news about launch....
Asianet, I think has abandoned the plans of hd channel..

Asianet had applied for license long back, but they are not on mib list.. maybe star have used it for launching another channel
