Package change...?

I am having multiple connection ist stb is sd & 2nd is hd. In hd box first i was having value prime pack plus 27 hd in 250rs. But when i changed my pack to south value sports in 229rs, all hd channels stopedd.
How can i get these hd channels without additional cost.???

I think its not possible bro that without any extra cost HD channels can be subscribed but you can take HD channels on top up by paying extra or ask customer care to change your pack to south value sports 27 HD

Bro call customer care tell them about your problem and what you want from them

Hope you are not trying to change the base pack of the second connection. HD second connection must always use 251 pack. Changing first pack is allowed and it will mirror on 2nd connection with all HD channels.
