Seeking Help Paid channels not coming in D2H after realigning to SES8

I shifted d2h signal from st2 to ses8 and there is problem I cannot see paid channel my d2h box show only DD free channel please help

Done on self? Raise request to enable ses8 signal...only service person can raise it i guess
