what about Customer care no replys for email,fb pages not updated since a year,in RDTV website HD channel section need to change logo of colors HD and Ten 1 HD not updated till now no quick response for customers,no channel addition,no stbs,in future RDTV will not improve as per my view

True indeed. For me they do reply the emails but they never attend call on customer care numbers. It's more than 1 year when they updated facebook page. No replies on twitter as well. Non progress in HD. Not buying new frequencies from Mesat 3B. No new HD and SD set top boxes available. From different area we can clearly notice few people are using Reliance Digital.

In Bangalore in IPL Starting We Complained regarding Stbs We received reply after 1 month even for standard definition Stb. is geting 20days from date of booking to customers old HD (used) boxs they are selling for 3000 but only 3 month warranty

even They Are saying. If You not intersted you can buy Tata sky DTH they taking money from customers and installing tata sky and many are there in these 15days may be 100 like this happened cant share all
