What is the criteria for Aapka pack? Today when i approached dealer he asked whether i got message from customer care and more over he said, this aapka pack is application for only SD box. Mine is HD box and it is de-actived since july 2013. Whether i am eligible or not, yesterday when i contacted customer care they asked me to get details from dealer and they said, we are not right person to give details about aapka pack. Lot of confusion....
