I got 1 out of 3 LNBs now in my hand through one of my colleague. He didn't want to carry 3 together thinking about customs as it costs Rs.3000 But he safely handed over one. Another person is coming at the end of this month will bring the remaining two..

But in Assam it can be easily receivable on 60cm dish antenna with normal ku band lnb.
