Seeking Help Picture is showing in 4:3 Ratio

Hi Friends,

Since Morning, the picture and all settings associated with Tata Play are showing in 4:3 ratio.

I have checked the settings in both tv and set top box...all are fine..

But it's coming in 4:3 ratio which is weird.

Can someone pls assist me to get this resolved.

Your EPG showing dolby symbol, is it new box or old box

What ratio is showing in settings?, if it's showing 16:9 then select 4:3 and apply it then go back to settings and set 16:9, this has happened with me also this trick worked for me.

Thanks Guys....It's solved.

I have made some minor changes in TV settings...and it's now resolved.
