picture quality improved drastically

till few days back picture quality on channels like utv action was completely bad , it used to show cracks in fast moving scenes but now tata sky has completely overhauled and improved, i have noticed improvement on other channels too. so it seems that some tech work is on at uplinking centre to improve quality, i had sent them email to work out proper algorith for FEC code which was causing bad picture quality, tata sky compression is never much on any channels, its just algorithm formula which was causing the issue. will try my best to get it improved as tata sky really takes action and i have experienced it myself
