Seeking Help Pixelation problem in some channels

Vijay super HD and Zeethirai HD should be added in tamil Regional HD pack.

They will not add ...I have requested many times till now no changes every years increasing the price but no addition of channels in packs , tamil thalaiva kids hd pack price @400rs but no zee thirai in that pack

My primary box having Tamilthalaiva HDS pack for my parents and in my secondary box i only subscribed SuntvHD and Jaya pack and music channels only. NCF for secondary box is ₹61.36 and whenever they give jingalala offers ( English movies pack , Knowlged pack ,Kidspack,) i will add it

This could be a hardware issue - STB tuner / cable connection / LNB.

Ask a technician to have a look

HD+ receiver installation uses a Sat CR/Super LNB, not universal LNB. Tata Play have been using refurbished LNBs for these installation recently. That could be an issue

Sorry my lnb is new super lnb , this was happen before my hd transfer box installation also. This problem happen in sometimes in few channels.

It certainly could be. More than the wire itself, the connector terminations might be the culprit.

This Pixalation happen more than two years , i thought this was because of Tataplay compression. Even in SUNTV HD also sometime audio muting for seconds video no problem. connector means RG6 F DTH Connector Coaxial Cable ? changing RG6 connector solve the problem? Because LNB and splitter are new one.
