Seeking Help Pixelation problem in some channels

RG-59 or RG-6 cable won't make much difference for cable runs over short distance, assuming there is no damage to the cable itself. Tata Play uses RG-59 as standard during installation everywhere.

Ok. Another thing i have covered the LNB with plastic cover when Super lnb installed after that all channels video goes blank screen for few seconds. Is covering with polythene coverthe lnb will cause this? After that i have removed the cover.

I'd suggest not to cover the LNB with anything, at least until all the other issues are not resolved.

Ok ji. So changing the connectors will solve the problem? can you suggest which company connectors best

Just ask the Tata Play technician to use the same connectors as the one without insulation tape. That's how it should already be anyway.

Rg6 is best bro, currently tataplay using rg 59 cable, if u need to change cable means go for airtel cable, check with nearby dealer, if not found inform me, I will send u one dealer contact no, they given free home delivery within tamilnadu, Actually after contacted lots of dealer, found this cable from this dealer only,

I also used this splitter only

As earlier @RLOA bro, told kindly first change rg6 connector in splitter, better to change rg6 connector in stb, lnb also,

I think ur recently upgraded hd + set top box, one time technician visit free for u, confirm with customercare,

Looks like, no issue in lnb & set top box rg6 connector, but in lnb technician should use cable ties avoid bend, also kindly check with cable, bend is available or not, cable bend also creating issue, if after change rg6 connector facing same issue means need to replace cable,

By the way splitter looks like old bro, for me tataplay technician given unknown brand splitter, on that splitter getting just 6 to 8 % percentage signal strength, that time if turn on 2 tv facing this same issue, after changed triax new splitter didn't not facing any issue,

Ask technician directly connected without splitter, just use jointer

ur facing this issue or not, if not facing issue means problem in splitter,

During signal drop u will face pixelation issue bro, I had faced same issue in tataplay binge box & sundirect hd set top box.

For me in tataplay it's splitter issue I had changed splitter & in sundirect cable 2 bend & 1 connector jointed, after replaced new cable problem resolved
