Seeking Help Planning to buy new Airtel dth connection

If you planning to purchase airtel dth go for xstream box, only one issue 30 days lock period for addon/alacarte, in sundirect sd channels pq is less in 43inch or above tv,

In d2h & dish TV ui only issue, but pq is good in sd & hd channels

If no need 4k channels means go for airtel hd or tataplay hd plus box,

Raj tv is the worst channel in tamil for 12 minutes ad every 5 minutes, raj group tamil channels almost dead

But my parents still watching they watch in everyday basis

Raj group has good library of old movies like k . balachandar movies, there are audience for that , even my parents are watching night movies.
But it is just 3rs for one month, you can add it in d2h package

Rajtv group channels coming in tata play base pack. For south india tata play or d2h is best. Tata play having direct branches in tamilnadu.

just one thing to add, if going with airtel hd , opt for the new box min 100 box..fav system little buggy (maybe they have improved now not sure as I had used last year) but picture quality is better than the hevc hd box and most important it supports hdmi cec function...

Tataplay vs airtel: airtel picture quality is superior to tataplay , colors are more natural, deep and sharper picture but consider other points too like no proper fav system, buggy app, no easy way to view existing subscribed channels or add/drop, no jingalala offers, mtv beats hd missing etc
That being said, if you are buying binge+ or tataplay hd+ box, you will get superior picture quality as compared to tataplay hd box or even airtel hd box ..if you large screen tv, don't go with tataplay hd box , inferior quality!

Tataplay hd+ > binge+ > airtel hd box (min 100) >tataplay hd box

Unfortunately not used xstream so can't say but there is no fav system.
