Please Help

From last 3 days only in the evening to night remote and stb not working properly, I have to press a button 4-5 times on remote then it works and some time 4-5 sec delay after press a button.
I facing this problem only in evening/night and whole day the remote and stb working perfect, is this related with background activity?
I found that remote is working perfect on universal mode.
Anybody facing this issue, if not pls tell me the solution?wall:-/

Try replacing the batteries of your remote control

i have new remote , also replaced new batteries
but remote is working perfect whole day i m facing problem in evening/night. Also remote is working perfect in universal mode
