Thank you all for your valuable suggestions, seeking some more advice, I have used Haier 24 model, Micromax is our Desi, not sure about VU .. Decided 50% to Micromax 32 full HD. Saw some Panasonic 32 model in cheap price compare to LG, Sony, Samsung...

Bro if Panasonic led tv is available at cheap price and fits in your budget then go for Panasonic led tv it is better than Micromax, VU and Haier The Picture Quality of Panasonic led is Fabulous Just go for it:tup
