Seeking Help Problem With Cloud Recording Signup

hi all ,

i am unable to signup for cloud , " it shows placing subscription request has been failed "
catchup tv showing account suspended

my box sw version 06.02.67.

im calling airtel cc from last 4 days , they are saying with in 24 hrs the problem will be solved but no use .

any spl topup required for cloud signup ? plz help

@Sri_ADTV Free 500 GB cloud storage is the Topup required to record in the cloud and it's already activated in your account.

Signup should happen automatically if not you have to wait as CC saying.

But try some simple things like use different wifi and try whether you could signup.

I tried with 2 different wifi , but same problem :(
Ok Bro then i have to wait for airtel to solve it.
 
Monday technician came , he changed connector n said cloud will signup in 24hr :eek::ROFLMAO:

Airtel cc , Technician both dont have min knowledge about internet box ,
I gave complaint on may9th still my problem not resolved :rolleyes:
I called airtel care more than 15 times.

Namaste! Service charge of Rs.0 has been debited from your digitalTV account 3*********8 towards set top box replacement charges.

After 20 days they are replacing my internet tv box with new one :) @karan_hdl
