Promotional top up

I am planning to get new diamond pack with one year validity. But in this pack many channels are listed under promotional top up. What is this promotional top up? If Videocon makes any changes in top up after 2 months will I still be getting those channels for 1 year?

Promotional channels will not be Removed from your pack for sure
