Good no such things we have to do for the Digital Cable. No need to remove cable from STB:
1. STB has automatic signal booster to make changes in the power.
2. LCO/MSO will switch off the network if lighting is there.
3. No transmission loss in the worst of the worst weather.
 
Don't u think ur number 2 and 3 are contradictory statement. On one side u are saying that Lco switch off signal in bad weather on the other hand u are saying no transmission loss. But Yes u r right if there is no transmission there will not be any transportation loss.

For your info every stb has signal booster.

I said if there is lighting only, in heaviest if the heaviest rain we get clear signals.

I think there is 90% chance of lightning in heaviest rain. What u think?
 
Dipyan bro, we have backup generator in MSO Headend. So we get signals in rains I mean to say. and even if power fails I told u.
