Radio Channels Not Working

Hello friends,,
I'm not good in satellite knowledge, Last week I have installed myself Dish+ connection, My 60CM Dish angle to NSS 6
Below you can see my signal strength and signal quality

I'm on Dish TV; South Super World Pack
I can watch every channels accept radio channels. I have contact DishTV customer care and asked about radio channels number.
They give me below radio channels.

When i press any channel number its Auto turning on Dish TV Buzz Channel which is 999 number.

DishTV customer care said to contact my dealer.. when i asked dealer.. he can not understand anything.. he don't know any technical things than me. :angry:angry

When i asked my friend told me I need to install Monoblock LNB for get more channels from AsiaSat 5

Now I'm planning to buy Monoblock LNB. Do you think after Monoblock will work ?? will work for 60CM dish ??

For Radio channels there is no need for monobloc.
I think you are having problem in dish alignment.
DD direct channels all not working.

I'm from Sri Lanka and my dealer said Sri Lanka no one cant get 100% Signal Quality and all dd direct channels ;(

I too thought after seeing this map ..

and

If i install monobloc lnb for 60CM can i get more channels ??

Yes..
There are TP19 but I'm getting only up to TP10
