Regarding recharge

Hi there is an issue with recharge sundirect DTH service. Mistakenly I recharged 154 Rs instead 230rs. Again I recharged with 150 Rs but it went to my account balance. Don't know how to resolve this issue. No customer service is responding since two days. Can anyone please help me out to resolve this issue
