Registered Mobile Number not available

I guess we are missing the part that shameem lives in Bahrain. And using indian dth away from india is illegal.

Wonder whether airtel will register a dth connection using a overseas telephone number and address

But u really think they will Persuade him and stolen signal..??:huh

Yes Madhan, I live in Bahrain and lot of people in Middle East do have Airtel DTH connection which seems to be the only Indian DTH working as of now. The person from whom I got this receiver has left Bahrain and he advised me to just recharge which should be good enough to continue.

But the package he has subscribed to with his once working Mobile No doesn't suit my needs and I'm looking to upgrade to another subscription pack. But for that I need a registered mobile number which I don't have it. Now how do I achieve this? Like Sagar mentioned calling CC might help but not sure.
