The SM Premiere logo is exactly as expected from the SW Premiere logo. But SM Kids is a big surprise. These are clearly based on the Asian portfolio which has Fox Movies, Fox Action Movies and Fox Family Movies (though there is no longer an action channel in India).
Members are increasingly getting information on new channels from quickcompany.in, it seems: I believe somebody posted that he got the new Zee TV logo from this site a month before the actual launch?

Honestly, South comedy channels (except ETV Plus) have no shows of their own. They are simply showing scenes from movies. What is the need for Adithya HD?
And @Shantanu there is no Arun TV or Bhanu TV or Ravi TV. It is Sun Bangla and Sun Marathi. That too they are launching HD versions of Adithya and Gemini Comedy but not the Bangla/Marathi channels.
