Trademarks get objected, filed again, will be registered when criteria is met. This is a usual process, does not imply if the trademark is objected, its the end. Star wouldn't have applied for trademark registration if it did not have plans to launch the channel.

Most important, the time period within which an examination report is to be responded to, is one month from the date of receipt of the said report and failure to do so, would, as per law, deem the application as abandoned. so now you decide as 3&1/2 year gone.

Honestly, South comedy channels (except ETV Plus) have no shows of their own. They are simply showing scenes from movies. What is the need for Adithya HD?
And @Shantanu there is no Arun TV or Bhanu TV or Ravi TV. It is Sun Bangla and Sun Marathi. That too they are launching HD versions of Adithya and Gemini Comedy but not the Bangla/Marathi channels.

Adithya hd needed imo, though they show mostly old movies still i want

Mostly there are very less chances of the channels being launched in the first place. See. Four years since application and two channels have not launched. If the Star network had any plans to launch in the near future they would announce like Zee has announced the launch of &flix recently.
