Will this be the name of Step Down subsidiary of Viacom18 which will be created for Disney-Star channels post merger between the 2 companies?

Black doesn't suit this logo. It was always yellow and blue in colour since it's launch. Although the blue can no longer be seen in the current logo. So I think it should be yellow and blue combination instead of yellow and black.
