Hiving off a business means selling it to a buyer generally to raise capital. This doesn't mean it will be shut down at all.

I wonder why they are not trying to do anything in DTH field when there is huge potential of making money. Tata Sky or Dish TV or Airtel Digital only capturing the market just by adding new channels day by day. Same thing if Reliance Digital can implement can get too many customers easily. They have to add few HD channels and make new boxes available to market

I think They will Sell the their DTH Business and Possibly Make way for A new DTH Company in the market. It will be good for a new entrant to give Welcome offer Same as RJIO in telecomSector, As It will again Create a competition , and DTH customers will be profited

Rdtv have no problem as security clearance like sun direct,they can buy new tp's but problem is money... so they should sell their dth business to any new richest and interested dth Player.......
