Disney was held talks Ambani when Sony and Zee merger on final stage, but Ambani inked deal with Disney due to he shows power of Jio mobile and Jio fiber.

Ok but Star with Sony was better option because we don't want monopoly of Ambani, and if star had merged with Sony then market would had duopoly which is far better than monopoly
